Rear fender polishing
The rear arch collects stone chips and fuel-flap scuffs. Polishing restores the shoulder line that runs into the rear. The scratches by the filler cap come from the fuel nozzle and rings, the scuffs on the shoulder from clothes and bags. We polish the whole panel so the shine matches the rear door and the bumper.

About this service
The rear wing carries the fuel filler flap and the shoulder line of the body that runs into the rear. Around the flap you find scratches from the fuel nozzle and rings, on the shoulder there are scuffs from clothes and bags, and the lower part by the arch collects stone chips.
We polish the panel as a whole, not in patches, so the shine matches the rear door and the bumper. The order is wash, decontamination, degrease and a clear coat thickness check — the coating is thinner on the arch edge, so the master is especially careful there. After the arch and joints are masked come the cutting and polishing passes, then the finish and a protective layer. The edge of the fuel flap gets its own pass.
The work takes 40–50 minutes. Polishing restores the shoulder line that light travels along and clears the dullness around the flap. Chips where the paint has been knocked down to the primer are beyond what polishing can close — the master will point them out before starting.
