1. Who we are
These terms govern the services of Kaizen Detailers Parking Car Washing L.L.C, a vehicle detailing company registered in Dubai, UAE (Office 107, AL DIYAR Building, Al Wasl, Dubai). By booking our services or contacting us on WhatsApp, our website or by phone, you agree to these terms.
2. Services and bookings
We provide mobile vehicle detailing at your location in Dubai. A booking is confirmed when our team confirms the date and time. Service duration and results depend on vehicle size and condition; the team will tell you if the agreed scope needs to change before doing extra work.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are listed on our website in AED and may be updated. The price for your booking is the one confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due on completion, by the methods our team offers (cash, card link or terminal). Packages and memberships are prepaid and give the number of visits stated at purchase.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge with reasonable notice before the appointment. If our team arrives and the vehicle is unavailable, we may charge a call-out fee. We may reschedule for weather or safety reasons and will offer the nearest available slot.
5. Your responsibilities
Please remove valuables from the vehicle before service and tell us about existing damage, non-standard coatings or aftermarket parts. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items left in the vehicle.
6. Our liability
We carry out services with professional care using appropriate products. If you believe our work caused damage, tell us within 48 hours and give us a chance to inspect. Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding its price, except where UAE law provides otherwise.
7. Loyalty programme
Kaizen Club points, cashback and referral rewards are promotional benefits, have no cash value outside the programme and may be adjusted in case of abuse or technical error.
8. Communications
By contacting us on WhatsApp you agree to receive service messages about your bookings. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and you can opt out at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
