Data Deletion Instructions

1. Send the word DELETE (or any request to delete your data) to our WhatsApp +971 54 372 0101, or email info@kaizen-detailers.ae from the address you want removed.
2. Tell us the phone number the data relates to, so we can find your records.
3. We will confirm your request, delete your conversation history, booking records and profile within 30 days, and send you a confirmation.
4. Data we are legally required to keep (for example, accounting records of paid orders) is retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted.

Deletion is free of charge. After deletion, your loyalty points and booking history cannot be restored.
