Kaizen — the philosophy of small, consistent gains that compound into excellence.

Who we are

Kaizen Detailers (KAIZEN DETAILERS PARKING CAR WASHING L.L.C.) is a UAE-licensed mobile detailing company founded on a single Japanese idea — kaizen, the philosophy of constant, small improvements. Our entire operation is built around that principle: better products, better processes, better outcomes — every single visit.

What 'mobile' actually means

Most car-wash bookings assume you drop your car off and lose half a day. With Kaizen, that flips. Our self-contained vans bring water, power, lighting and a sealed workshop-grade environment to you. While you work, sleep, or live your day, we deliver Silver, Gold or Platinum-tier detailing at your door — anywhere across Dubai.

Master detailers, certified products

Every Kaizen technician is trained in paint correction, ceramic application and interior reconditioning. We work exclusively with Koch Chemie, Gyeon Quartz, Sonax and Vonixx — premium professional brands trusted by competition-level detailers worldwide. No supermarket products, no shortcuts, no compromise on chemistry.

Transparency, recorded

Body-cam transparency is built into every job. From the first decontamination wash to the final inspection, the work is documented so you see exactly what was done — and where the value of premium detailing actually goes. We sign off only when the inspection checklist is complete and you're satisfied.

Membership, not transaction

Detailing is not a one-off event. A vehicle in the UAE climate — sun, dust, salt air — needs continuous protection. Our private maintenance membership schedules every-two-weeks visits, priority booking and a personal detailing manager, so your car stays in the condition the first detail delivered.

Founder

Twenty years to come back to myself

My name is Aleksandr Sokolov. I have spent 20 years in the automotive business. Cars are not just my profession — they are my passion. Kaizen Detailers is the company I build every single day: from scratch, with love, with full commitment.

Our clients do not pay for a clean car. They pay to never think about it at all.

I did not choose cars — they chose me

My father brought me my first toy car from a business trip. Later I collected Turbo gum wrappers and covered the glass of my dresser with them. My dad would walk into my room, cover the specs on a wrapper with his hand — and I would recite them by heart. Every single one.

I graduated university with honours, with a degree in nuclear plant operation. And secretly from my parents I took a job at a Mercedes dealership in Odessa. That is how my real career began: in a year and a half I was running the entire service centre. Then came my own workshop, a private auto service, a KIA service centre, a bodywork and paint complex.

And then Autosmile — a business I truly loved. I brought paintless dent removal to Odessa. We became the best auto service in Ukraine in 2015 and 2016: four locations, 5,500 square metres.

The mistake I speak about openly

When it was time to scale the group of companies, the consultants said: choose one. And I chose not out of love, but out of money. I chose food delivery and grew Smilefood to 17 branches across five cities, with a team of 575 people.

The numbers grew. But inside it was empty. Because you cannot wake up every morning for something you do not love. You can do it for a year. For three. But not for a lifetime.

Then came 2022. War. I relocated the business to Dubai and spent four years working relentlessly in one of the toughest markets in the world — 16,500 food brands on a single platform alone. And all that time I knew: this is not my story.

12 January 2026 — Kaizen Detailers

On that day Kaizen Detailers was born: a mobile detailing service, a team, a philosophy. A return to that boy who knew every spec by heart.

Now I do only what I love. I make cars perfect while clients live their lives. It took me 20 years to come back to myself.

Ikigai is a Japanese word for the reason you wake up in the morning. Mine is cars, people, and the desire to build something truly great.

Kaizen is a principle, not a name

When I tell people my company is called Kaizen, most of them nod: "Ah, Japanese quality. Like Toyota." Yes — but not only that. Kaizen is not a corporate methodology, it is a way of thinking about life.

The idea is simple: you cannot become the best in a single day, but you can become slightly better every day. One per cent a day, and after a year you are 37 times better than when you started. It sounds like mathematics, but it is philosophy — because Kaizen demands the hardest thing of all: consistency. Not heroic efforts once a month, but quiet daily work, without applause and without quick results.

That is why the company carries this name. Every master must be slightly better today than yesterday. Every process slightly sharper than last week. Every client must leave with a feeling slightly stronger than before. Kaizen is not a destination, it is a direction.

Why Dubai

People usually answer this for me: taxes, safety, sunshine. All true, but that is not the main reason. The main reason is that this city lives by the same principle I do.

Just 50 years ago this was desert. Today it is one of the most ambitious cities in the world — it does not stop, it does not say "enough", every year it becomes taller, faster, better. Here the environment does not pull you down, it pushes you up. Here no one asks "why do you need that?" — here they ask "when do you launch?"

So I am building Kaizen Detailers in a place that is itself a living example of Kaizen. The desert became a metropolis; a small idea is becoming a company. One step at a time, every day.

A workshop that comes to your villa

I designed our vehicle myself. I did not pick it from a catalogue and did not order a ready-made solution. First came the vision of what mobile detailing should be — the kind that does not yet exist in Dubai. Then a concept, a sketch, a blueprint, and the first finished vehicle. From idea to reality: three months.

A Suzuki Jimny. Red. With a samurai mask. With a professional workshop inside that unfolds right beside the client's villa. Everything inside is thought out down to the centimetre: equipment, water, materials.

The second task was impression. The vehicle had to look sharp and solid beside any villa, so that a neighbour walking by would stop and ask: "Who are these guys?" Because in premium service the first impression begins before the work does — it begins with how you pull up.

Level 5

There is a rule in my team that I explain to every master on their first day: a car is either done perfectly, or it is not done. There is no third option. Just as you cannot be "a little bit pregnant", you cannot do a job "almost well". Either the result meets the standard, or it goes back for rework — no offence, no compromise, no "good enough".

There are five levels of quality. The first is simply dirty. The third is an ordinary car wash: clean, but without soul. The fourth is professional, neat, good. And then there is the fifth.

The fifth is when a client opens the door, sits inside and freezes for a second, then says: "It looks better than the day I bought it." That is what we aim for every single time — not the fourth, not "the client seems satisfied", but that exact second of silence before "wow". Because level 5 is not about the car, it is about attitude. I am building a company of people for whom "almost perfect" sounds like an insult.
