No. Kaizen Detailers is fully mobile. Our technicians arrive with self-contained water, power and lighting, so we can detail your car at your home, office or parking garage with zero disruption.
Silver typically takes 4–6 hours, Gold 6–8 hours, and Platinum 6–8 hours depending on vehicle size and condition.
We work exclusively with certified professional brands: Koch Chemie (Germany), Gyeon Quartz (Korea), Sonax (Germany) and Vonixx (Brazil). All polishers, extractors and steamers are commercial-grade.
Silver is a deep clean with wax and leather care — the right choice for routine maintenance. Gold adds deep wheel detailing, water-spot removal and UV protection, finished with hand-applied wax. Platinum adds hand decontamination, tar and brake-dust removal, and a hybrid ceramic coating that protects for up to a year.
We invoice in AED and accept credit card and bank transfer. Payment is taken on completion after the final quality inspection — we hand the keys back only when you're satisfied.
Yes. After your first Silver, Gold or Platinum detailing you can join the Kaizen Detailers private membership. Members receive priority booking, a personal manager and scheduled visits every two weeks.
Yes — UAE sun, dust and salt air are particularly aggressive on automotive paint. A properly applied ceramic coating provides UV stability, hydrophobic self-cleaning and far easier wash days, with results that last years rather than weeks. We offer it as a dedicated service with GYEON Q² Mohs EVO: one-step polishing + coating, AED 1,999 for cars and AED 999 for motorcycles — see our Ceramic coating page for details.
GYEON Q² Mohs EVO is built for long-term protection — with sensible maintenance it protects for years, not months. Exact longevity depends on mileage, parking conditions and wash routine; our master will give you an honest estimate at inspection.
Gentle hand washes with pH-neutral shampoo are all it needs. No waxing, no machine brushes. Our maintenance membership keeps the coating performing at its best with scheduled visits.
