Film under the handles stops the scratch web from ever appearing — the cheapest way to keep the doors looking new. If the scratches are already there we polish the recess first, otherwise the film seals them in. The edge is tucked inward so a fingernail never catches it.

The recess under a door handle gets scratched on every car: nails, rings and keys touch the paint each time the door is opened. On a dark car that web of marks is visible from a distance and makes the car look tired. Clear film in the recess solves it in advance — the scratches land on the film, and the paint under the handle stays untouched.
All four recesses are covered in one visit. The master first washes them, decontaminates and degreases the surface. If scratches are already there, the recess is polished first, otherwise the film would seal them in. The film is then cut to the shape of the recess for your model, laid wet, squeegeed and pressed deep into the hollow. The edge is warmed and tucked inward so a fingernail never catches it.
The work takes 1 to 1.5 hours. After fitting the car should not be washed for a day while the film settles. The film is thin, clear and follows the shape of the recess. The master brings all the equipment and works wherever the car is parked: at home, at the office or in an underground car park. To protect more of the car in the same visit, you can add ceramic glass protection or a Carnauba hand wax.
