Body ceramic coating is paint protection for owners who drive their car in Dubai for years. The Gulf sun fades colour, while sand, bird droppings, salt air and brake dust attack the clear coat every day. The quartz layer takes that hit instead: contaminants sit on the coating rather than on the paint, and the colour keeps its depth.

We apply GYEON Q² Mohs EVO the way the manufacturer requires. First the body is prepared and given a one-step machine polish that removes light swirls and gives the paint a wet-look gloss. Then a single layer of ceramic goes on and locks that gloss in. From then on water beads up and rolls off the paint, taking dust with it, so the car needs washing less often and each wash is quicker and gentler.

The work takes 7–8 hours and is done on site: our van carries the power, water and lighting needed for controlled application. You can drive straight away, but the body should not be washed with water for 5–6 days. After that a gentle hand wash with a pH-neutral shampoo is all it needs — no wax and no brush washes. How long the coating lasts depends on mileage, parking and wash routine; with sensible care it protects for years, and the master gives an honest estimate at inspection.

Wheels are not included in the body ceramic: they have their own ceramic coating service, as do glass, interior plastics and leather seats. If the headlights have gone cloudy, you can add headlight polishing with PPF film to the visit.
