UV protection — soft top

A convertible's fabric roof has the hardest life of anything on a Dubai car: a year of sun burns it from black to grey, and the rare rain leaves streaks because the factory impregnation washed out long ago. We clean the fabric and then apply a product that holds off both water and UV. Water then beads and rolls, and the colour stops drifting towards grey. It is worth repeating once a year — the roof costs more than any other body part.
