Coffee, juice and grease marks do not come out of fabric with a cloth: the stain goes deep into the pile and the foam, leaving a halo on top. We work by the type of soiling — grease, sugar and dye each need different chemistry — and pull the product back out with the dirt using an extractor instead of smearing it around. We clean the whole seat so no pale ring is left where the stain was. Old marks sometimes need two passes; that is included.
